ESP32-WROOM-32E - GPIO33 as digital output

I am trying to configure GPIO_NUM_33 as digital output, below the
code:

but it seems that it does not work.
In the datasheet I read that GPIO_NUM_33 is an I/O pin, so I do not understand why it does not work. Do you have any suggestions?
