ESP32-Ethernet-Kit V1.2 ethernet basic example doesn't work

Postby Yeagus » Tue Apr 18, 2023 5:37 pm

working with the ESP32-Ethernet-Kit V1.2 but probably doing something wrong.
Uploaded the ethernet-basic example from esp-idf on vs. after uploading I don't get any results and the light on the ethernet port is off.
I don't get any error message but I don't get anything else (not even a flashing light on the port.)
What am I missing? Are there any configurations in the code that have to be done?

This is the example code:

Fixed (probably obvious but needs to be stated for others like me):

Add in sdkconfig, in Example Configuration:

CONFIG_EXAMPLE_ETH_PHY_IP101=y
