ethernet to wifi sta mode

Hello everyone, i am trying to use eth2ap but in different sense.I want to create code in a way that after esp32 device disconnects from Ethernet,it should automatically shifts to WiFi_Sta mode or to WiFi smart config to maintain continuity.I tried many ways but couldn't found a solution.Please drop some suggestions.
