Issue: After importing any example project, instead of using a local target, I tried to add a new launch target. However, the new launch target does NOT show up.
Here is what I did.
Step1: File->Import projects from the file system or archive
Step2: Choose "Directory"
Step3: Select the example project folder <blink>, select "Finish"
Step4: New launch target -> ESP target -> esp32c3, COM6
Step5: In the dropdown menu, only the local target, the new target is NOT added
