How to create the empty bin file for esp32c3-mini to clear all data in SPIFF

Hi,
I'm using ESP32C3-MINI module in which erase command is not working for encrypted module/board. I want to upload empty bin file to clear all the data in SPIFF.

Can you please help me to create empty bin file so that I can upload that to overwrite all the content in the memory.
