ESP32-C3-MINI-1 error flashing firmware

Hi
I am facing the same problem like others here.
I designed 2 different PCBA for ESP32-C3-MINI-1.
You can see in the attached files.
Both designed have the same problem.
When I am connecting the boards to a PC via the USB connection - it connect - disconnect all the time. i.e. not stable USB connection and each time the "USB Vendor name is different" so it is not stable and I can't flash firmware.
When I am using external USB 2 TTL device - the USB is stable but the data from the RX TX is "invalid header: 0xffffffff" and restart every several seconds. I was trying everything - but it is impossible to upload firmware.
I also connected development board to the PC via USB 2 TTL device and didn't succeed to flash firmware from the eclipse.
When connecting development module via the USB to the PC everything is working well.
Please help me to solve this issue.
