ESP NOW and Serial communication issues

Hello,
i have a project in which im gathering RSSI values with different technologies, like UWB, 433 MHz radio signals and also the ESP NOW message RSSI. All gathered datas are float data types, and are sent to an ESP32 via ESP NOW. These parts work well, but i have to read and store these datas on my laptop into a .csv file, i tried it via serial communication but im always facing with the same error. Interesting part is, that sometimes some datas are sent succesfully, sometimes nothing. I tried it with an arduino IDE plugin named ArduSpreadSheet, i tried in Labview and also in Matlab, and the same error on each platform. The problem appears only when im trying to send such datas via serial port, that i received via ESP NOW before. I dont really know what the problem is, it seems to me like a data conversion problem, but dont know. Maybe someone could help me, how to solve this data acquisition problem?
