Installing proper drivers

Hi I am not able to connect my ESP32 board with my laptop,
Board name: ESP32 DEVKIT MH-ET LIVE
IC:CH9102F
And I have installed the following drivers
CP210X and CH343SER
but still i.am not able to connect with my laptop
Can anyone will help in this....
