Email from ESP32 and SMPT

A while ago, I was able to email from a number of unsecured devices, but recently Google, and Microsoft have gone to a more secure system.
Specifically, I want to send an email to my phone using (i.e. 1234567890@vzwpix.com.)
When I setup my Thunderbird, for example, and make an account, there is a step where T-bird sends me to the Google login page and Google asks me if it is OK for T-Bird to access.
How is this done using the ESP32?
Thanks for any help.
Mark.
BTW, I guess I could create email accounts on other less secure systems (Juno for example) would this work?
Thanks.
