ESP32-WROVER-E-N4R8 SPI connection regards

Hi,

For our application, We use ESP32-WROVER-E-N4R8 as a Wi-Fi. We need to connect this to MCU(STM32H7) through SPI.

1. In ESP32-WROVER-E-N4R8 datasheet, there are two SPIs (HSPI & VSPI). In which SPI, Can I connect?
What is the difference between them?

2. And also in that datasheet mentioned as, "IO12 should be kept low when the module is powered on".
If I connect HSP (IO12 is HSPIQ), Is it necessary to low IO12?

Kindly provide your solutions on this!
