issues esp32c3/s3 used for ble beacon scanned

hello guys,
I have used both esp32s3/c3 as ble beacon scanners using VScode or ESP-IDF but I have not gotten proper scanning more errors for the .h function like #include esp_bt.h this file not found. and also I want the ble beacon response less than the 3 sec, but I have given it 5 sec can you suggest any idea about the BLE beacon response please respond to my topic.
