ACK module

We are developing product with ACK MODULE(Espressif). We have a issue，such as follow：
1. The ACK MODULE is provisioned successful. And we generated the Barcode with a UPC : 210345671982（This UPC was generated by ourself.）.
2. I'm sure that we log into the Alexa app with the same account that we use to access the ACK developer console.
3. when ALEXA APP scan the Barcode, the APP showed " we were not find a match".
Our question like these:
① why the Barcode can't be used? how we can do?
② how can we get the UPC？
