Can not install Espressif CDC device Driver and ESP32-S2 drivers on windows 8.1

Hello friends
I have got several new ESP boards and I have started to work with S2 Mini V1.0.0 LOLIN WIFI IOT
But i am not able to start developing since I do NOT have my Widows recognize the Hardware.

I have Windows 8.1 64Bit as my main developing OS that I have all my work on it.
When plugging the device I am getting UNKNOWN

Please assist with driver so i will be able to work with the device.
I have already order more that we have not start working with and I hope that fixing this will assist with other boards that might use the same driver.

From this link, it looks like the driver has compatibility issues with windows 7 and 8. https://github.com/espressif/arduino-esp32/issues/5994

Let's see if anyone has done it successfully.

I have tried with Zadig and I have not been successful at all
The driver looks to be OK but I have not being able to test it correctly with Arduino
I am not sure about MicroPython yet since I have not tried it - and in the past when I tried Thonny on a CDC device it changed the driver on the device and I as not able to work with it al all.
There should be a proper support for Windows 8.1 at least - I just tried it on Windows 10 as well with no success on the driver side - Windows 10 DID not recognized the device on the ESP32-S2 (CDC went ok - But not the ESP32-S2).
