IDF version is v2.0.Chip is D2WD.Hardware is designed by ourself. The attachment is part of our hardware design.
Based on our hardware design, when the WiFi chanel is 6, the data can not be sent out.The fail reason is ENOMEM.Based on esp-wroom-32 module,channel 6 is normal.
"When the WiFi chanel is 6, the data can not be sent out" is a important clue to help us debug.
My question is :
1·What's your advices about "When the WiFi chanel is 6, the data can not be sent out"?
2·From application level,I only knows that fail reason is ENOMEM.ENOMEM is because that data has note been sent out ,so wifi tx buffer can not suffer another data.What's the reasons couse data can not be sent out through wifi.

Why you have no matching network?

For some reasons,the matching network was canceled by designer,this wasn't followed the reference design of ESP32,and could be lead to some wifi problems.But should not appeared the problem " when the WiFi chanel is 6, the data can not be sent out",cause when wifi channel is 1 or 11,the data can be sent out successfully.The matching network should affect the channel near the front or the rear firstly,such as 1 or 11, it should not affect the middle channel 6 firstly.This confused me.
The characteristic impedance of feeder line designed is 50 ohm,and actually it is 48 ohm by the PCB factory made, I think it is in the allowable range,if it's wrong ,please correct.And the length of feeder line is about 0.25mm,then finished with the ceramic antenna.we tried different ceramic antenna,the problem " when the WiFi chanel is 6, the data can not be sent out" is still existed.
The matching netsork might be lead to a problem,but i think it's not the real reasonto the problem above.Another I'm worried is that the chip type of esp32 is D2WD, it was't released the development board,as far as i know,D2WD is still in the sample stage in ESPRESSIF COP.,so I'm not sure the performance of wifi for ESP32 D2WD is ok."Based on esp-wroom-32 module,channel 6 is normal",this chip type is D0WD,so the chip is not the same.
