'Matter' protocol based project execution on ESP32-DEVKITC-32E

Hello Ke SUN,
We are trying to execute 'Matter' (formerly CHIP) protocol based project on 'ESP32-DEVKITC32E' development kit.
We are at present following the steps given in below link to execute 'Matter' based project -
https://blog.espressif.com/announcing-m ... 164316c0e3
We are using ESP32 IDF v4.3 SDK as given in the link and Matter protocol SDK from HERE.
We are working in 'Windows 10' environment.
As of now, we can successfully execute some of the projects mentioned in the v4.3 SDK e.g. blinky, hello-world etc. through 'Windows' command prompt.
In the above mentioned Espressif blog link, we haven't found any explanation about executing the any 'Matter' based projects(e.g. ESP32 all-clusters-app or ESP32 temperature-measurement-app) on Windows 10 OS. Steps are given to run these projects only in Linux environment.
We have below queries -
1. Can the 'Matter' protocol based projects be executed only in Linux environment?
2. Is there any way to run 'Matter' protocol based projects in Windows 10 environment?
3. Can we use 'Visual Studio Code' or any other IDE to run them in Windows 10 environment? If Yes, then can you provide any document, link or video which will help in executing the code through the IDE?
Thanks and Regards,
Suhel Mulla.
