ESP32 clock configuration and watchdog

Hi guys. I have a problem with clock configuration and watchdog. Im using esp idf v4.4.
I changed clock cpu to 20 MHz to save power. But when i do that the watchdog timer doesnt work correctly. From testing, i set esp_err_tesp_task_wdt_init(50, flase) and esp needs 200s to trigger watchdog.
This problem doesnt occur if i i use esp idf v4.2
