Can I use the Arduino IDE to develop for the ESP32 C3 devkit M1?
I am on Linux, btw.

Ok, it turns out I needed the "Development" version of the boards package, which is at:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/espre ... index.json
I can now see ESP32-C3 in the board manager.
