Missing Messages in ESP-BLE-MESH Network

Hello,

I am testing ESP-BLE-MESH on 20 ESP32C3FN4 modules in which I have used 20 modules as Generic on-off server and nRF Mesh app as provisioner and on-off client. I have also created a group for this nodes using which I am sending messages and it's working fine as I put them nearby each other. But the problem occurs when I put node at some distance of 20-25 feet and at that time random module misses the on/off messages sent through app. I have also tried to enable relay node but no success. Can anyone help or suggest me a way of doing this?
