[resolved] need development boards ASAP (USA)

Hi all -

I've just been assigned to a project which entail porting an embedded application to the ESP32 platform. We're in dire need of some development boards, and the ones I used to use now seem to be discontinued.

What would you recommend? I'd like a JTAG interface for debugging, and I will need to create an RS485 interface, but apart from that, needs are modest. Thanks for any input...

How about devkit-c which comes in many flavors and esp-prog for jtag?

Those look like they might work. Can I assume that some of the pins are tied to the GPIOs?

How about just grabbing some ESP32-WROVER board from Amazon? You could have that overnight, depending on where you are.

I tried that. Once the order was placed, the lead time went to about a month.

Mouser is always full of old esp32. S2 is recently almost sold out and C3 you can buy almost nowhere.

You can use this with modules:

Also adafruit shop is good option.
