Coded Phy @19dbm with no extended advertising BLE 5.0

Hi All!

Thanks in advance for the help!. I am using the esp32_C3 dev kit and ESP-IDF (Vscode Studio) to transmit nonextended advertising packets. My question is that can we use Coded Phy to transmit nonextended advertising packets @19dbm? I followed the link which explains that we can only transfer non-extended packets using Secondary Advertising using only LE 1M. But in this case, I have to compromise the range, and as my packet is small less than 30 bytes so no need to use the extended PDU of 255 bytes. Can you please help me in this regard?

I am using "MUL_ADV" for the Transmitter
and "ble50_Secuirty_Client" for the Scanner/ Receiver
