Questions about BLE radio

Hello, I have some questions about the BLE radio of ESP32-PICO-D4 chip. I researched them on the net but did not find anything.
1) What is the duty cycle of the BLE transmitter when it's working at max. power (9 dBm, according to ESP-IDF code)? Is it possible to set it up so that it transmits with even higher power?
2) What is the (average) dwell time for frequency hopping? What is the worst case dwell time, Tx-Sequence and Tx-gap?
3) What is the Nominal channel bandwidth?
4) What is the Power spectral density?
Again, I could not find information about these questions anywhere, so if you can at least point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.
