Availability of the new ESP32-S3

Does anybody know when the new announced ESP32-S3 is available for purchase? I have a new project and this chip would be ideal for my setting.

I am looking for an opportunity to buy a small number of the ESP32-S3 chip for developing here in Europe but could also buy in the US if necessary. I am scanning the usual suspects such as Mouser Electronics regularly but without luck until now.

Is the release of the ESP32-S3 affected by the global chip shortages or won't it be available in the normal distribution channels the other ESP32 products are offered? What can I do to get access to the new system as soon as possible without spending a fortune?
