ESP32-WROOM-32D not programming

Dear Expert,
I designed the PCB using ESP32,I referred the ESP32 dev kit schematics,But when uploading the program i continuously facing this issue
rst:0x1 (POWERON_RESET),boot:0xd (SDIO_REI_FEO_V1_BOOT)
waiting for sdio host

Your bootstrap pins are set incorrectly.
