Esp32 doesn't work

Hello everyone.
I hope you are fine.
Recently i buy a esp32 module for home automation project. And i made a home automation project by esp32 module. And i successfully upload coding on esp32 home automation project program. After that i run by simple led with on breadboard. And i run this project successfully. Then i keep run this project for testing on breadboard with led (with transistor) after 2 days later i seen this module doesn't work. And i replace cable and power supply but don't work. So i return insert this module my pc by USB data cable for program uploading. While i had try to upload any program by Arduino ide, then IDE show errors message .
("Failed to connect to ESP32: Timed out waiting for packet header") and uploading during i press hold down boot button ( few seconds/or untill error) button but still arrived error message. Then i searched internet and i follow to 10uF capacitor add EN pin and GND pin . But still arrived error message.

I changed data cable and window for uploading but i don't succecfull for uploading.

Now i want to know this board is death?

I hope the LED was lot power and had a series resistor?
There are many low cost ESP32 modules on which the 5V -> 3.3V regulator fails and kills the ESP32. You should try 2 things:
- Measure the voltage going into the ESP module and check if it is 3.3V
- Connect the board to PC serial terminal, then reset the ESP to see if it prints anything at 115200.
If nothing happens, try using the boot mode combo (press IO0, click EN and release IO0). See if it prints anything on terminal. If nothing, the module is probably dead from bad solder joints or something (pressing and pulling the board off of breadboards does that to some modules).
