RF test tool issue

Dear sir:
I have trouble doing RF test with ESP_RF_test_tool_v2.5. The fw bin file "ESP32_RF_TEST_V160_40M_20200714.bin"
is successfully uploaded to ESP32 Dev Kit v1. After click on "Start" button. The message shows as attachment. It seems
the hardware/firmware is not running since the VSA shows no difference on power level upon adjusting.
BTW, I saw the RFTest tool manual, it says there should be channel status " wifi test out: channel=1, rate=0x17, BK=0, length=1300, delay=200" following "wifitest out 1 0x00 50".
