Which of the following four models is better? Your company will mainly promote it in the future, and customers will use it more

2.ESP32-S2
3.ESP32-D0WDQ6-V3
4.ESP32-S0WD

Define 'better'? It's really dependent on what you want to use it for. If we had one chip that was better in all aspects (peripheral set, performance, current, price) we wouldn't sell any of the other chips.
