Upload Code from SPIFFS file

Hello guys, how are u doing,
i am using SPIFFS library to save my new sketch in the SPI flash memery, and after that i want to upload that sketch to my esp32,

Any advice, thank you

Perhaps you can explain in more detail, what you are doing and what are you having trouble with?
