Hello,
we are going to sell a product which includes an esp32 with bluetooth/ble functionality.
I have two questions, which hopefully someone can answer:
(1) Regarding bluetooth ceritifcation and qualification, which steps are required to sell this product?
(2) Can the bluetooth logo be used on the device?
Thanks in advance.

Same for any Bluetooth product, you have to do the Bluetooth Qualification Process with Bluetooth SIG.

Where are you selling it? I'm going through this now. If you use the BLE features of the ESP32, then your device is an "intentional radiator." So in the US you would need FCC approval, in Canada it's DOC and, God forbid, in the EU and Japan it's CE. On the plus side, depending upon what you did with the board, I'm told that there is a good chance of passing if you used a module.

Bluetooth certification is separate from RF certification although there may be some test labs that can do both

Why god forbid? I have found CE easier than FCC or maybe its just my locale & experience i.e. UK teams?
