hey , first thank you for your reply, and yes RF certificates like CE , Rohs ... anything can be usful for me, but the problem i find just the certificate of the modules, i can't find the certificates for the littre chip ESP32-D0WDQ6 ,

Hi,

As far as I know, you can't certify only the chip itself since there is no antenna on it. So you can't test it for certification.
On the module side, you have the antenna so you can perform the tests.

If you are using the chip on your product, you need to certify as your product.

I recommend you to contact sales@espressif.com for more detailed information on that.
