ESP32-CAM streaming over internet not working

Hello,
I have an ESP32-CAM streaming on in my browser at local address 192.168.1.2 without any problems (WiFi router connected to PC). I want to be able to access the stream from anywhere (make it public) so I tried to use Ngrok tunneling service recommended in many tutorials. Unfortunately it doesn't work for me so far. When I use the Ngrok link the server side loads and I can get stills but when I try streaming I get a "broken picture" icon instead.
The sketch I'm using is standard one from Arduino IDE . I was wondering if anything has to be changed in the sketch or I'm having some network problems (or hardware problem?). Any help would be appreciated.
