Updated eagle Library

Hi all, I forked Sparkfuns esp32 Eagle library and updated it with the information found in the latest datasheets.
I added an alternate symbol and an alternate device. Since a pin was deleted (io20) be-careful if you use this lib with your existing schematics.

It still needs to be double checked.
Edit: I already realized I had the signals on pin 47/48 swapped. Fixed now.
