How to run example in esp32-snippets into Eclipse

i have downloaded the ESP32-snippet in RAR typed at following link:

I have unzipped the files.

The problem is:
How i going to run the example in the ESP32-snippet into Eclipse.

"The best way to learn is to learn from example"

Really need help.
