battery uvlo

Hello,
I am trying to create a uvlo circuit that would shut down my project with the when the input voltage drops to 3.6. (I'm using a battery 4.8 battery) I am using a 20-ohm resistor in series with a reverse bias Zener diode that supposes to cut off the voltage at 3.6. it good for charging the battery, but I want it to cut off at 3.6.
is there another way to have the esp32 pico shut off at 3.6 and awake 4.01?
I have posted on other boards and forums and have received good ideas, the more replies I get the wider choice I have. Thank you in advance.
