Firmware for radio equipment directive (RED)

Hi,
We need to certify our esp32 based product for the radio equipment directive (RED). We have done this before a couple of years ago and if I recall correctly there was firmware available from espressif that allows for control over the transmitter, setting ble tx on fixed to channel 1 for example.
I can't seem to find this firmware anymore. Does anyone know where to find it or how it's done now?
