Wrong WIFI connection

I have flashed micropython on my ESP32. I was able to connect to WIFI at first, but after some time, it stopped working. In the REPL all looks good, but it shows a 192.168.4.x address. The FritzBox gives out 192.168.178.x addresses.
However, it says it is connected, but i cant see it in the Fritzbox nor reach any server in or outside of the network form the ESP32.
I already tried reflashing it and clearing flash, but still same issue. Heres a screenshot:

Can anyone help me?
BTW, I think it didnt work anymore after I connected a piezo buzzer to the pins and tested it. I then wanted to connect it with MQTT and from then on i had this problem.
