Toolchain esp-2019r2

Following latest legacy build setup (I need ESP-IDF 4.1 for DHCP server on Ethernet):

which downloads:
https://dl.espressif.com/dl/esp32_win32 ... 190611.zip

The legacy build produces the warning:
