(POWERON_RESTE) Looping Boot Issue

Hey all,
Having a problem with my ESP32 (WROVER)
My project is pretty slim, but randomly watching and restarting the ESP32, i get random looping before boot.
Please have a look at the sample below and let me know what you think
The above goes on intermittently and unpredictable amount of times.
Eventually i get start up
Any insight would be much appreciated
