ESP32-S2 module custom programming

The block labeled ESP32-S2 is a chip "ËSP32-S2 WROVER model" and I will also check with different USB to UART serial device. Might be the one which I am using now is not supplying sufficient power to ESP32-S2 module. If any other issue I will post in the same discussion.

I have implemented a similar design for a custom board and facing the same issue. the board is ESP32 S2 SOLO. I couldn't use the board in Arduino. The serial monitor prints

The reset works but the flash button does nothing.
