Is it possible to work with the build-in RF module directly?

Is it possible to work with the built-in ESP32 chip RF module directly? Is it possible to send a few bits with amplitude modulation ? Then quickly switch the RF module to receive and get RAW received data (ADC results) without using Wifi/blutooth decoding/decription part ?
