Use esp32 instead of electronic governor control brushless motor

I have an idea. I've been working on a remote control boat that uses a brushless motor, a governor, a receiver, a remote control. I know that ESP32 can be used for remote control and reception. However, I wonder if I can also do governor work with ESP32, which can reduce costs.I want esp32 to work as receiver and governor at the same time on my rc boat.

I think it is difficult to give the proper answer without knowing the specifications of your governor, BLDC motor etc. Kindly share these parameters if you know.
