ESP32-WROOM-32E Template Project

Hi, I am new at ESP32 world. I have ESP32-WROOM-32E module and I want to play with it(do basic things like blinking led, sending data to server etc.). I want to use arduino-esp32 libraries(https://github.com/espressif/arduino-esp32) and VSCode so I downloaded Platform IO on VSCode and try to create new project. It asks me to select one board.

Which board should I choose? I tried few boards but it couldn't created project giving below error.

I think I should download some packages to use different boards. I need help at that point.
