Esp32-cam NVG project

I'm working on a DIY project for a digital night vision goggles. I am using for the project an esp32-cam, an ov7725 camera and a round LCD from waveshare ( model GC9A01 240X240 ). Could someone help me to write the code to have the best framerate possible?
