How to operate a mesh network using an app and multiple phones

We want to provision and operate a mesh network using an app that is running on various phones. I need to use a single phone during installation/provisioning. Once everything is set up, there will be multiple phones used at the same time to operate the mesh.

There is few ways you can do it, depending what you really need.
For example nRF mesh may be used as provisioner and then you can copy mesh info to another smartphone.
When i think about more practical usage i would say it is good to think about smartphone like ble mesh client node, which would be provisioned and then subscribe to group addresses and/or send messages to group and/or individual addresses.
