I am trying to setup the Expressif tool environment under Win7.

I am looking for a setup procedure for a rank beginner.

I a following the instruction at: http://esp-idf.readthedocs.io/en/latest ... setup.html

I have the directory copied as directed.
When I run the shell: C:\msys32\mingw32.exe
Nothing works after that.
The window does not look the same after this point.

Are there other setup instructions that works under Win7 ?

Can you be a bit more specific? 'Nothing works' and 'does not look the same' are, frankly speaking, useless if you want us to figure out what is going wrong. What did you try, what did you expect that would happen, what actually happened? Can you include a screenshot of how the window 'does not look the same'?
