Unknown Device

I have a Ubiquiti Unifi network with a device on it that I am unfamiliar with. I am hoping someone on this forum can help me identify and locate this device. I also have a 50 device Z-Wave network if that helps but as far as I know only 3 Z-Wave Plus controllers are actually connected to my Unifi network.

Unifi identifies the device as:


Espressif: with a MAC address of: 60:01:94:4c:4c:e5 and thinks the O/S is: SONOFF

Any help would be appreciated.

If it has an IP address, perhaps it's running a http server; you could try simply pointing a browser at it.
