Espressif Modules with Low latency

Hi,

I would like to use one end as a transmitter(ESP) and the other end as a receiver(ESP). The distance between transmitter and receiver is hardly 5m. They are not in the line of sight.

In this case, Can I achieve a latency of less than 10ms if I use ESP-NOW and Any ESP modules?
