ESP32 or STM32 and ESP-Mesh

Hello,

A. For making a commercial smart network which one is better from various aspects? ESP32(under ESP-Mesh) or STM32W series.
The application of the network is measuring some parameters like temperature, humidity, etc., and control a few middle voltage motors.

B. Is ESP-Mesh as a reliable network configuration for use in commercial smart networks? where I can find references or certifications for it?
