Unable to access https://dl.espressif.com for ESP32 installation

I am unable to access resources on https://dl.espressif.comwhile attempting. to do ESP32 board installation in Arduino IDE. The links (https://dl.espressif.com/dl/package_esp32_index.json & https://dl.espressif.com/dl/xtensa-esp3 ... 2.0.tar.gz) don't work in browser & ping response to dl.espressif.com returns unknown host.
I observe this issue has been reported on multiple occassions over the last 3 years on various forums including this one but I feel each time,the site was actually unavailable. Kindly advise what is the issue with the dl.espressif.com site? Also, could we try to figure out what is causing this recurrence of issue?
Is there an alternate espressif site that is more reliable to access these libraries?

We have had some DNS issues on our entire domain. It is fixed now, however DNS unfortunately always takes some time to propagate. If it isn't already, it should get accessible again later in the day, depending on the DNS infrastructure of your provider.
