Can ESP32 used as a mobile game controller

Hi all, Firstly I am a Computer Science student so I do not know much about electronics at least compared with my software development knowledge. So if I say anything wrong or nonsense please forgive me. I have a term project; I need to make a mobile game(Guitar Hero like rhythm game) probably with unity and I need to develop a game controller that works compatible with this game on an android device. There will be 3 buttons for notes and Bluetooth for communication between controller and phone. So my question is can I use ESP32 as a mobile game controller for my game? If it is yes, which model that you offer me to use?

Yes, with any esp32 board (not esp32 S2).
