Use dual core for wifi connection

Hello people..

I want to use the dual-core option that esp32 brings to have a core in charge of connecting to Wi-Fi and sending it to the database and another in charge of processing the information collected by sensors. I don't know much about esp32 and I'm working on arduino, what do you recommend? Does anyone have a similar project that can guide me?
